 Rendam jantung psang dalam larutan garam dan air asam jawa Anyang Campur

Bahan :
– 250 gram taoge, direbus –
– 15 lonjor (375 gram) kacang panjang, dipotong 3 cm –
– 125 gram jantung pisang, diiris kasar –
– 1/2 sdt garam –
– 1 sdm air asam jawa (dari 1 sdt air asam jawa dan 2 sdm air ) –
– 3 butir bawang merah, diirs tipis –
– 200 gram kelapa parut kasar, disangrai, dihaluskan –
– 1 sdt air jeruk nipis –

Bumbu halus :
– 2 siung bawang putih, disangrai –
– 1/2 sdt ketumbar, disangrai –
– 1/4 sdt jinten, disangrai –
– 1/2 sdm beras, disangrai –
– 1/2 sdm ebi, diseduh, dimemarkan, disangrai –
– 1 cm jahe –
– 4 buah cabai merah keriting –
– 1/2 sdt terasi, dibakar –
– 3 cm serai –
– 1 sdt garam –
